JSN has secured a new Venue in Portage, WI. This will be a two night hotel Takeover. As always, it’s BYOB on both nights.

Friday, September 5th there will be a NUDE sexy pool and hot tub party. This party starts at 8pm and the pool closes at 4am. DJ Steven B will be playing the music in the pool room and have some Porn playing. Feel free to bring your coolers and drinks. NO glass allowed. This is a great night to meet many new people in a casual and super sexy setting. There are TWO hot tubs to enjoy, have some drinks with friends, cool down in the pool, or have some fun in the public playroom.

Saturday, September 6th is the Furry & Flirty Dance Party. We will have DJ STEVEN B playing all your dance hits and taking your requests. The Pool and Hot tub will also be open until 4am. We will provide late night snacks for when you need an energy boost and plenty of water. There also will be a public Playroom for all to enjoy.

Let’s see those Furry animal costume creations. ANYTHING with Animal Print also works. Top 3 Winners are announced at 930pm on Saturday night from the DJ booth/dance floor. Must be present to win. There will be silent judges voting for the MOST CREATIVE AND AMAZING COSTUMES and the Top THREE winners will get cash prizes.

Theme is Furry & Flirty. This means Animal costumes, Furry costumes, anything with Animal Print. There are so many sexy costume ideas to pick from. Be careful not to pick a super warm costume as you know the dance area tends to get crowded.

WEEKEND PRICING:

Couples are $80.00.

Single Males are $100.00. Must ask Jen for access code.

Single Females are $50.00.

FRIDAY’S POOL PARTY PRICING:

Couples are $35.00 as early bird online pricing.

Single Males are $50.00. Must ask Jen for access code.

Single Females are $25.00.

SATURDAY’S DANCE PARTY PRICING:

Couples are $65.00 as early bird online pricing.

Single Males are $75.00. Must ask Jen for access code.

Single Females are $40.00.

ALL ONLINE SALES END AT NOON ON FRIDAY, SEPT. 5TH.

DOOR PRICING will be higher and cash only.

HOTEL ROOM RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

ALL SUITES ARE ONLY $136.00 each night plus tax. AFTER REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT, you will receive an auto email which contains the main hotel’s link to book your hotel room. Rooms are NOT held. You must book your own room.

Hotel will be charging credit cards for the rooms two weeks before check-in. If you must cancel after that date, you can contact Jen to see if anyone is waiting for a room at main hotel.

Overflow hotel information is sent out after you register for the event.

Refunds and/or Transfers will be considered before August 15, 2025 minus all transaction fees, service fees, refund fees. You must contact Jen directly before Aug. 15th. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS allowed after that date. NO EXCEPTIONS for any reason. Refunds are not guaranteed.
