October 24, 2026 – 7pm until super late. 

THIS EVENT IS FOR FULL SWAP EXPERIENCED COUPLES AND SINGLES. This will be a safe space to let everyone fulfill their desires and fantasies with other sexy singles and couples. You will always obtain permission before joining a group playing or even touching another individual. JSN is inclusive of all sexual preferences as ALWAYS.

JSN will be providing the room for the party and the playing. We will have music playing. We will have dim lighting and red lighting.

Theme is Role-Play. Think skimpy Halloween type costumes.  Sexy bedroom attire costumes. Feel free to change into your more revealing attire once inside the room. YES, you may walk around nude once inside the room, just stay away from the view of the door. Make sure you are wearing clothing (not lingerie) if you leave the room for any reason. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL TAKEOVER.

You must book your own room for sleeping accommodations. Hotel information is sent out after you purchase your ticket. CHECK YOUR EMAIL. I have a group block of rooms available using the hotel’s link. They are $134+ tax for a 1 Queen Bed Studio Suite – other room types are $144+ tax. Must book before the deadline of September 24th.

Social time is 7pm to 8pm. Please arrive during that time and get to know one another. Playing starts after Jen’s short speech at 8pm and goes all night long. We will provide water bottles, snacks, cups and ice. BUT PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS.

THIS EVENT IS FOR THE FULL SWAPPERS ONLY PLEASE. NO ONE WHO IS JUST INTO WATCHING, NO SOFT SWAPPERS. NO NEWBIES. NO COUPLES WHERE ONLY ONE-HALF PLAYS. However, you are never required or expected to play with everyone there – you can still be SELECTIVE and PICKY.

Space is VERY limited at this venue. This Suite is NOT as large as the Penthouse was, so there won’t be 100+ people at these. Once we are at capacity, that’s it for this event. We always reach capacity very early on. BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL, and lube, condoms, toys, etc. No pictures/videos allowed without consent of everyone around. We do try to remember to take a group photo before everyone is playing, so at like 8pm. You are not required to be in the picture. This picture is only posted inside the JSN private FB page.

The Cost is: Couples $75, Single Males $90, Single Female $30. NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS. No adjustment pricing allowed, one example would be: if you buy a SF ticket, you cannot later add a SM and pay the difference to make your original ticket a couple’s ticket.
