JSN & Sapphires and will be hosting a Two Night NYE Hotel Takeover in Delavan, WI.  Tuesday, Dec. 30th and Wednesday, Dec. 31st.  PLEASE DRESS UP.  THE THEME IS NYE GALA, so ladies can start the night in long elegant dresses and men in dress slacks with button ups, suits, vests, or tux.  Please feel free to dress down to bedroom attire after the 9:30pm contest.  

Tuesday night will be the amazing POOL Party. Please bring some shots to share or your favorite bottle to share with friends. The pool and hot tub can be fully nude. This party starts at 8pm and goes all night. You can bring your coolers into the pool room. There will be music playing. There will be ONE Public Playroom provided.

Wednesday night is the NYE Dance Party. We will have TJ THE DJ playing all your dance hits and taking your requests. The Pool and Hot tub will also be open and fully nude all night – but please wear a suit when the day cleaning staff is on site at the hotel. We will provide late night snacks for when you need an energy boost and plenty of water. There will be One public playroom provided.

DO NOT call the hotel. Please buy your ticket below and then check your email. Inside the auto email will be a LINK for you to book your own hotel room. These go extremely fast, so do not put this off. ROOMS AT MAIN HOTEL ARE SOLD OUT, Please book a room at one of the overflow hotels. Once you purchase your ticket, you are AUTOMATICALLY added to the waitlist for a room at the main hotel. You will be contacted via TEXT if one becomes available.

Two overflow hotels are less than 2 miles away. Overflow hotel info is sent to you AFTER you register so you have the option to wait and see if you can get into the main OR book a room at one of the overflow hotels as backup.

Main hotel room rates are:  $154 plus tax per night if staying both nights.  $129 plus tax for just Dec. 30th.  $179 plus tax for just NYE. Hotel will be putting a hold on credit cards about a month before the party date and then they are nonrefundable. This has to be done due to too many last minute CC declines.  

Couples pricing:

Couples:  $40.00 for pool party entry fee.

Couples: Both nights together is $90.00.

Couples: NYE is $75.00 for dance party entry fee.

Single Female pricing:

Pool Party is $20.00. Both nights together is $50.00. NYE is $40.00.

Single Male Add On: This is for couples who would like a Male to also join the event. No single males allowed unless requested by a couple. Pool Party $55.00, NYE $85.00, Both nights $110.00. YOU MUST OBTAIN THE ACCESS CODE FROM JEN BEFORE BUYING A TICKET or you won’t see any available.

DOOR PRICING WILL BE $20 HIGHER FOR ALL PRICING. WE ARE TRYING TO ELIMINATE CASH AT DOOR. Online ticket sales end Tuesday, Dec. 30th at NOON.

If you are new to JSN events and would like a JSN mentor to show you around the venue and introduce you to some of the other JSN regulars, please contact Jen to get this set up after you purchase your tickets to attend the event.  

Refund requests must be made directly to Jen before Dec. 12th to be considered and are not guaranteed. These refunds will not include the service fees, processing fees, or refund fees. NO EXCEPTIONS. After Dec. 12th there are no refunds or transfers allowed.
